TRS continued its winning track in every format of elections, and won with great margin of 53,625 Votes and registered another win of Narayankhed Assembly seat followed by Massive Historical Victory in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation elections.
Proceeding with its triumphant streak, the Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) today wrested the Narayankhed Assembly seat in Medak locale from Congress with its competitor Bhupal Reddy winning the seat by an edge of 53,625 votes.
Congress contestant P Sanjeeva Reddy got 39,451 votes while M Vijaypal Reddy of TDP got 14,787 votes in the elections, considered Narayankhed a Congress bastion.
The by-survey was required after the demise of Sanjeeva Reddy's father P Kishta Reddy.
The outcome came as a further Boost to the TRS, led by CM K Chandrasekhar Rao, as the gathering had scored an avalanche win in the GHMC elections, packing 99 seats of the 150 seats.
